Company Overview: Our client is a UK registered charity working to tackle environmental damage and social injustices caused by making, consuming, and disposing of clothes. They are the only charity in the UK dedicated to the collection and reuse of unwanted clothes.

Our client is seeking a Head of Retail to give great leadership to its retail staff and iconic charity fashion stores. Currently our client has 12 London shops that are high footfall, fast paced and busy. As a charity retailer our client is also purpose driven, the Head of Retail will be part of their mission to promote wearing and buying second-hand fashion over new. This post reports directly to the Chief Exec and will sit on the senior management team.

Head of Trading

Location: Essex

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Commercial Director

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Company Overview: Working cohesively with our client’s commercial director, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing their charity's retail and trading operations.

You will lead a team of resolute professionals and volunteers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure the success of their retail outlets and trading activities.

Main duties of the job: Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and trading strategy in line with the charity's objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.

Chief Executive Officer

Location: Hybrid working (London-centric).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000

Chief Executive Officer

(CEO) You will lead a dedicated team who come froma wide range of backgrounds and with vast and varied interests and specialities, leading on specific departments servicing Policy and Public Affairs, Fundraising and Communications, Programmes, The Commonwealth Equality Network (TCEN) Secretariat, as well as their Operations, Finance and Compliance team.

Head of Legacies

Location: Surrey (On-site)

Reporting to: Director of Fundraising

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £53,000 - £55,000

Company Overview: Our client is looking for a Head of Legacies to work closely with their Director of Income Generation in the provision of strategic leadership for the organisation’s legacy programme.

You will have the responsibility for achieving ambitious growth in this vital area of income for the charity. Building and leading a high performing team to deliver against operational plans and targets is essential, along with the ability to engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

As a key role in the Fundraising team, you will proactively engage in supporting the Director in leading the wider team as well as actively participating in the Extended Leadership Group of senior staff across the organisation.
